Cooke & Co Sponsor An Anti-Littering Art Installation At Margate Railway Station.
Cooke and Co proud sponsors/supporters of Rise Up Clean Up. This is Margate's new anti-littering art installation at Margate Railway Station, designed and built by local creatives to educate visitors about the dangers of leaving rubbish on our beaches.
Cooke & Co Estate and Letting agents was established in 1992 and our company founder/owner Damien Cooke and his team of property professionals all live locally in Thanet.
We know that our local sandy beaches are what make Margate and Thanet extremely special and we wanted to help and support such a wonderful campaign.
Everyone is working hard to protect them through community litter picks, installation of litter picking stations, awareness-raising campaigns, like this one, and working with Thanet District Council to address waste management and infrastructure.
Rise up Clean up's aim is to make our beaches litter-free and Cooke & Co are proud to support them to help as much as we can.
The art installation opened this week at Margate Station so please come down and have a look at how we are all trying to educate people on the dangers of littering our Thanet Beaches.
