How to Get to the Cliftonville Margate Office
By Road
Margate is easily reached from London and the South East via the M2 and A299 Thanet Way.
- Follow the A2 from London and join the M2 towards Dover
- Continue onto the A299 Thanet Way towards Margate
- At the Birchington roundabout take the A28 towards Margate
- Follow signs for the seafront and Cliftonville
- Our office is located on Northdown Road in Cliftonville
Parking
Free parking is available on several nearby residential streets. Pay and display parking bays are available along Northdown Road and surrounding roads, with additional public parking available on Harold Road.
By Bus
The Stagecoach Thanet Loop bus service provides regular connections between Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross with stops close to our office.
By Rail
Margate railway station offers high speed services to London St Pancras in approximately 1 hour 20 minutes as well as services to London Victoria and London Charing Cross. A short taxi journey or around a 25 to 30 minute walk along the seafront will bring you to our Cliftonville office.
About the Cliftonville Margate Branch
Established in 1992 by Damien Cooke, the Margate office is the original Cooke & Co branch and remains at the heart of the company’s operations across Thanet.
Located on Northdown Road in Cliftonville, the office occupies a distinctive historic building which was originally part of Margate’s tram infrastructure. The premises have been fully refurbished with modern signage and illuminated property displays to provide a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
The Margate branch handles both residential property sales and lettings, providing expert advice for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout Margate and the surrounding areas. The team covers Cliftonville, Old Town Margate, Westbrook, Palm Bay, Dane Park, Westgate and the wider Thanet district.
