This company is unprofessional. They still agree with the old fashioned “gazumping” a property was sold through another agent and yet they still allowed a viewing knowing it was off the market. Don’t buy with this company as your property might not end up being yours even after the accepted offer as they clearly allow other viewings once sold. The staff at the is estate agent (I have dealt with the Cliftonville branch) are always upfront, approachable, eager to help and full of knowledge.
