Cooke & Co Estate and Letting Agents has partnered with Trussle, the UK’s first online mortgage broker, in order to make home buying and financing much easier for their customers.
Using smart technology, Trussle is able to provide their service for free to most customers, giving them the information they would need to make faster and more informed decisions when choosing a mortgage.

He adds that if a customer would like to assess their affordability prior to viewing properties, they will be able to do so with Trussle’s Mortgage in Principle tool. The customer can open a Trussle account in a matter of minutes by filling out a fact find online or on the phone. The platform will access the customer’s data and Trussle will aim to provide same-day mortgage recommendations. Damien Cooke says that is not where the service ends, commenting: “the customer will be assigned a dedicated broker and case manager who will support and guide them through the process, providing additional information where required.”
He notes that for most, purchasing a property is the largest financial decision they will ever make, so it is important to be working with professionals who are able to guide them the process. “Having a partnership with a platform such as Trussle will help us to enhance our service offering to customers as they go through the journey that will have a massive financial impact to their lives,” Damien Cooke concludes.
