Our accounts department operates Monday to Friday for enquiries relating to rent payments, landlord statements and financial matters.
For emergency property issues outside office hours, tenants should call 01843 234771 and follow the out-of-hours instructions provided.
For routine maintenance and non-urgent repairs, tenants are encouraged to use the online maintenance reporting system via the Request for Repair link on our website. This helps ensure repairs are logged, tracked and resolved as quickly as possible.
Bank Holiday Opening
Typically open 10am to 4pm on most bank holidays excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Opening hours may vary at management discretion.

By Road
The office is easily accessible from London and the South East via the M2 and A299 Thanet Way.
- Follow the A2 from London and join the M2 towards Dover
- Continue onto the A299 Thanet Way towards Margate
- Exit onto the A28 through Birchington and Westbrook
- Follow signs for Cliftonville and Northdown Road
- Our office is located at 147 Northdown Road

Free parking is available on many nearby residential roads. Pay and display parking is available along Northdown Road and at Harold Road public car park nearby.
By Bus
The Stagecoach Thanet Loop bus service stops on Northdown Road and connects Cliftonville with Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Westwood Cross and Birchington.
By Rail
Margate railway station offers high speed services to London St Pancras in approximately 1 hour 20 minutes as well as services to London Victoria and London Charing Cross. The office is approximately two miles from the station and can be reached by taxi or a coastal walk.

Founded in 1992 by Damien Cooke, Cooke & Co’s Thanet Lettings Office has provided professional landlord and tenant services across the Thanet area for more than three decades.
Located prominently on the corner of Northdown Road and Sweyn Road in Cliftonville, the office underwent a full refurbishment in 2016 creating a modern, professional environment with illuminated displays and comfortable meeting areas for landlords and tenants.
