Our accounts department is open Monday through Friday for inquiries related to rent and payments.

For emergencies, tenants can call 01843 234771 and follow the out-of-hours instructions.

For non-emergency repairs, please use our online maintenance reporting system via the "Request for Repair" link on our website's top menu.

We are open 10am to 4pm on most bank holidays, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. Hours may vary at management's discretion.

How to Get to Our Lettings Office in Cliftonville, Margate

By Road

From the A2 in London, continue on the M2 towards Dover, then take the A299 to Margate. Detailed directions below:

  • Follow the M2 and A299 towards Margate
  • Exit at Canterbury Rd/A28 through Birchington and Westbrook
  • Continue along the seafront, then turn right onto Northdown Road
  • Our office is on the left at 147 Northdown Rd, Cliftonville

Parking

Free parking is available on roads leading from the seafront. Alternatively, there’s pay-and-display parking on Northdown Road and nearby Harold Road Car Park.

By Bus

The Thanet Loop bus service, managed by Stagecoach, stops on Northdown Road, covering Cliftonville, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, and Birchington.

By Rail

High-speed rail from London St Pancras (approx. 1hr 22min) or traditional service from Victoria. Margate station is approximately 2 miles from the office; taxis are available, or it’s a 30-minute walk along the seafront.

Founded in 1992 by Damien Cooke, Cooke & Co’s Thanet Lettings Office has served the local community for over 25 years. Located on a prime corner of Northdown Road and Sweyn Road, our office underwent a complete refurbishment in 2016, adopting a stylish grey color scheme and illuminated red signage.
