The Selection Process
Once you house has been assessed by one of Cooke & Co’s negotiators it is placed before our committee of senior staff members who then have the opportunity to select your property as either being of exceptional quality or being marketed at an exceptional price. The standard is very high with properties really having to stand out. Places are strictly limited and are by invitation only so don't be disappointed if your home is not selected. If you would like some of the additional services on top of our standard marketing package we can discuss this with you but these may incur a small additional upfront fee.
If you are invited to be part of Cooke & Co exceptional brand and all of the benefits this brings there will be no extra costs for you. Your home will then be listed by one of our office managers who are highly proficient and professional estate agents.
