Cooke & Co Estate Agents team, have offices in Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. They are are proud to have achieved, for the first time awards for customer service in sales at all three offices as well as the award for lettings. Damien Cooke said "This is real special achievement for the team who have worked tirelessly to offer Cooke & Co's clients the best service whilst using their knowledge and training to give the correct advice. We first won the award for Margate sales in 2017, we celebrated again winning in 2018, and now we have won in 2019 for Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs area. We also won the 2019 letting award for Margate area who's team covers the whole of Thanet.

The team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.
