· Abacus Insurance Margate for general insurance
· Various solicitors including Boys and Maughan for the purpose of selling or buying a home
· Recommended independent contractors to carry out repairs on properties that we manage
· Credit Safe to comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations for sellers and purchasers. Details may also be passed to government departments and the Police if we suspect a crime may have taken place
· HMRC as requested for overseas landlord’s tax situation.
· We have the facility to record our telephone calls. If we record or want to use a recording t will be for one of the following reasons. You will be informed by the staff member on the call that it being recorded and only information recorded after the call is relevant and can be used.
The people involved in the call have given consent to be recorded.
Recording is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract.
Recording is necessary for fulfilling a legal requirement.
Recording is necessary to protect the interests of one or more participants.
Recording is in the public interest, or necessary for the exercise of official authority.

· CCTV. Cooke & Co / Pagedales Limited use CCTV to monitor and record imagaes for our staff and the public safety, crime prention, detection and prosecution of offends. This scheme is controlled by us at all three offices and recordings are kept on hard drive storage for 30 days.
