The business comprise of two secure shipping containers which have been converted to a full equiped and working take away café and beach goods supplier on the main beach at the busy Botany Bay in Kingsgate. CONCESSION PAYMENT
We understand from the vendor that there is a yearly licence fee payable to Thanet Council to rent the space, this is currently £1900 pa. The owner can discuss the workings of this agreement and has also informed us there may be the possibility of a longer lease subject to approval by the council.
COSTS
